I'm an IT professional with a background spanning technical support, systems analysis, and operations — with a particular instinct for evaluating how things work, where they break, and how to communicate that clearly to the people who need to know.
Alongside my technical work, I'm a serious writer with projects across science fiction and creative nonfiction. I'm currently completing a Business Accounting degree through WGU, and I bring the same analytical mindset to everything I take on — whether that's diagnosing a network issue or building a story from the ground up.
