I work in the space between systems, records, and the people who depend on them: diagnosing problems, seeing them through to resolution, and documenting the work so it holds up later. If the job is understanding how something works, I'm at home in it.

Most problems show up described wrong. The complaint is rarely the fault, and the first job is working out what's actually happening. That's been the through line of my career, whether the thing in front of me is a network, a set of books, or a process that's been running on habit.
My background covers technical support, security coordination, and operations, with a B.S. in Accounting and CompTIA Security+ and Network+ behind it. What I've found is that the field matters less than the approach: understand the system, fix what's broken, and leave it better organized than you found it.
I also document as I go. Good records mean that months from now, whoever opens the file can see what happened and why, whether or not I'm in the room to explain it.
What I Do
Systems & Troubleshooting
Windows and Linux environments. Diagnosis down to the root cause, whether it's a full queue or the one stubborn issue nobody else could reproduce.
Analysis
Data, records, and processes. Finding the pattern or the discrepancy, then putting what it means into plain terms the reader can act on.
Documentation
Incident reports, reference material, audit-ready records. Written so the person who wasn't there can still follow what happened.
Financial & Records Work
Reconciliation, expenditure tracking, and forecasting models in Excel, grounded in formal accounting training.
